How a lead moves
A lead generator takes a lead from the base, writes to them in Telegram from a script and keeps the conversation going. When the decision maker, the person who decides on the purchase, agrees to a call, the card goes to the head of sales in “Inbox”. The head of sales takes the call and closes the deal.
Team
The “Team” section shows the funnel of the whole department and, for each lead generator, how many handoffs were accepted and how many reached payment. A “Today” strip at the top sums up the day. On a phone the menu moves to the bottom of the screen.
